David has always enjoyed Real Estate, and invested for years. In 2005 he decided to go full time with his career. David is a business minded person an Real Estate open doors of working for himself while helping familes achieve their dreams. The biggest myth in Real Estate is this question. No matter how great David Pannell is there is several variables that cause a property to stay unpurchased. David has the knowledge and will share his thoughts to asist in selling your property faster then the average days on market for your area. For your convience, David carries a iphone and remains available to you. Rest assured that when you list your home or business you are a client and you will get prompt or accurate attention. It help enormously if all clients use all forms of communication especially e-mail. This way we have a writen form to follow up with you and it is time stamped for prompt attention!
Does it matter which Realtor I choose to list my home?
We will let you decide on that question. But don't think by hiring a Corporate Realtor from Keller Williams, Remax or Century 21 will help you. We all have the same access to the MLS, we all have the same ability to perform. But it is our individual actions on a daily basis that make the difference.
