Leasing a home or condo is simple, and we have listed all the properties below that are listed with every real estate agency in the area. You will have access to every active home with this website. We request that you narrow your search to the neighborhoods and school district you want.  On request, we can customize a search that will save you valuable time and send you just the homes available in the selected areas.  Remember a lease is only temporary, so your main focus is clean, safe and within a reasonable drive to your place of employment. Please be ready to move (within 3 weeks) when you request a showing by one of our Realtors® and be ready to select one of the properties you would like to see. 

Time Periods: Generally, all homes listed by a real estate company in the area will require a 12 month signed lease.

Disqualifying Guidelines: Before you spend your valuable time searching online for a lease home by a real estate company. Please check your credit history for evictions in the last five years, county judgments (any state) or late rents or property damage (any state), federal or state income tax liens and any type of felonies of criminal conduct of a class A state jail convictions. Also, if your credit history shows excess of 60, 90, 120 day slow pays your application will not be approved. The application fee is generally $35.00 dollars per adult. You may want to lease an apartment or find a home listed without a Broker-Realtor® if you have this type of history on your record. Being a Brokerage, we cannot place applicants in a home with this type of this history. The liabilities are extremely high and no real estate company is willing to take on that risk. All the homes listed on this website are listed by a real estate company. 

Pet Deposits: Also, if you have a pet that is known to be violent or on the list of insurance required by owner, your application will not be approved.  Full blood or mix, these pets are German Sheppard, Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler. With any other pet, there will be pet weight limits by individual property owners. If you're leasing downtown Fort Worth, some locations will not allow pets period. A pet deposit is normally 250-300 dollars for any other property generally. This too is set by the property owners or management company and not by our company.

A few more tips for leasing a home with success:

All the listed homes are available to anyone that can find the lease home first and submit an application. Not every real estate company updates their listings when they have been leased. Other Realtors will leave their homes active to receive phone calls to show different properties. In most cases, we must do a search the day of the appointment and call to make sure the homes are actually available.  The homes will only be held for two weeks without a holding deposit of the days you want to place the property on hold. So the best action to take is plan to look at homes when you're ready to move. You normally need three weeks prior to moving to secure a place if you have none of the Disqualifying factors listed above. Please be ready to submit an application the day we visit homes they do not last long.
