What an exciting day. It started off at Ted E’s Burgers and More as David Pannell (DLP Realty Group Managing Broker) and I (Jason Howard Frisco Tx Realtor) tried to put together a game plan for a photo shoot at one of his listings as well as a video idea we had for the afternoon at 4708 North Cascades Street. Little did we know we wouldn’t finish our ideas until nearly midnight. Luis Sanchez, an amazing freelance photographer, met with us and we began our adventure.Immediately, we were glad we hired Luis as he knew exactly how to frame the shots to get beautiful angles of the house. When trying to sell your home, the difference between getting 1 showing and 10 showings can be as simple as the quality of pictures you post.
