I am officially all moved and settled into my new house.  While moving half way across the country presented many challenges, one of the things I am always concerned about is the variety of restaurants available.  Coming from a small town in South Carolina, I am extremely excited to be back in the city.  Frisco definitely offers many choices for those looking to dine out.  Today’s restaurant is definitely not new to me as Genghis Grill, a fabulous chain of Mongolian barbeque style dining, is probably my favorite lunch time restaurant.  Needless to say I am extremely thrilled I am a mere ten minutes from one of their many locations.  I might have to consider…
