First time home buyer assistance is available in many forms ($8000 Federal tax credit, city grant programs, police officer next door, etc...). However, you still have to qualify for a loan. This means you need to have some established positive credit. If you just started working, that's okay as long as you can prove you have been doing something (school, military service, etc...). You may not be ready now, but we can build a game plan so you will be ready in the future. Contact me to get started.
