With sales prices, days on the market of similar properties that have sold, homes under contract, homes currently for sale, and current market conditions. This will tell you what your home will sell for.
We will take pictures and video of your home and produce a advertising package around them. The pictures and video will be uploaded to the MLS and internet. This will give other Realtors and buyers surfing the web a very good idea before they even visit your home.
We will install a distinctive David Pannell Realty Group sign and unique property info number. The sign is not used mainly for gaining business, but to capture buyers looking and seeking info on your home. This will get info to buyers as they want it, fast! and NOW!
We will contact you once or twice a week depending on your need and will always remain available by cell, e-mail or text messaging. If you can't reach your Realtor, neither can prospective buyers or other Realtors inquiring about your home. We can't afford to miss a sell for you.
We can also set you up on our Prospect report for homes sold in your area. This will e-mail you when a home sells while yours is listed. We can track the activity to adjust our position if needed.
